Due to the nature of our products sold, you will not be required to mail back your goodies, but you may be asked to include images of the damages. We are in the business of healthy nail care, so please understand that to ensure the health of our IV KULTURE team we cannot receive any open/tampered goods since we are unable to tell if the product has been opened or used.
